What We Do
  • We provide 4 - 10 week courses to men and women age 18 and over at various locations in the city. A fee applies and resource manuals are provided. Current courses are:

    • Choose to Be Your Best Self
    • Communicate with Confidence
    • Mindfulness and Commitment
    • Happiness is a Choice: a mindfulness approach to stress-management
  • We offer 1/2 day or full day workshops to the general public or organizations on various aspects of self-esteem. A fee applies and resource manuals are provided. Current workshops are:
    • Communication & Self-Esteem in the Workplace
    • Creating a Happy Life
    • Don’t Take It Personally
    • Humour Skills & Positive Self-Esteem
    • The Joy of Working
    • I Will Stop Procrastinating
    • Self-Esteem: a holistic approach
    • Take Charge of Your Life
    • Taking a Stand Against Bullying
  • We work with schools and churches offering self-esteem workshops to students, staff and congregations on demand as resources permit. An honorarium is requested in support of the Network.
  • The Network participates in community activities and conferences by offering displays and sessions on self-esteem.
  • We also publish a newsletter for members three times a year.
